Terms & Conditions

1. Only serious buyers are welcomed.
2. No back outs are allowed once order has been confirmed.
3. Once order has been placed, a confirmation email with the payment details will be sent to your email address.
4. Upon receiving the confirmation email, kindly arrange for payment within 3 days. Once payment has been received, goods will be sent out.
5. Due to uploading of photos in the web, the actual colours may vary.
6. We will ensure the accuracy of the information displayed to the highest level.
7. We reserved the right to correct any errors whether in pricing, descriptions or photos without prior notice.

Exchanges

Merchandise sold cannot be refunded nor exchanged. We will inspect merchandise before posting out.
Exchanges are only considered for prominent manufacturer's defects or wrong shipment. We will reimburse the customer for shipping cost incurred in such situation. Please inform us in advance if you wish to make exchange. If the item(s) to be exchanged are out of stock or have been discontinued, the customer will be given a full refund on the merchandise.

Note : below reasons are not considered as defects :

(a)Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase;
(b)Slight colour differences(same colour range or any other minor physical differences), thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams; minor tear on seams which can be hand stitched
(c)Minor stains (especially on light colour clothes) eg. washable stains, smudges and dirt will not be covered;
(d)Sizing issues (clothes do not fit, note different batches of clothes may have different sizing hence take note of size measurements stated when making purchase);
(e)Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good;

We do not accept returns in the following cases.
(a)Customer has not informed us about returns/exchanges within 48 hours after the receipt of merchandise
(b)Items that have been used or worn once.
(c)Merchandise without the original tag, case or package
(d)Merchandise that has been adjusted or cleaned by the customer.
(e)Merchandise that has been spoiled or damaged by the customers
